He holds a PhD in Accounting and Financial Management from Henley Business School， University of Reading （UK）， an MSc in Accounting from Durham University （UK）， a Bachelor of Management in Accounting from Beijing Institute of Technology， and a BA in Accounting from Henley Business School， University of Reading （UK）. Since his master’s studies， he has been consistently devoted to academic research on Environmental， Social， and Governance （ESG）/Corporate Social Responsibility （CSR） in the field of Sustainability Accounting. His work has been published in leading academic journals， including Accounting Forum （ABS/AJG 3*）， Journal of International Accounting， Auditing and Taxation （ABS/AJG 3*）， and Business Strategy and The Environment （ABS/AJG 3*）. He serves as an anonymous reviewer for leading journals such as Journal of Business Ethics， The British Accounting Review， Accounting Forum， and Business Strategy and The Environment.
